Must have 3 answers to this problem and must show and/or explain my work:

When he's out on the town, Mr. Clooney has a rule for tipping at restaurants, He leaves less than or equal to 30% of the bill but more than or equal to 10% of the bill.

Using b to represent the bill and t to represent the tip, write an inequality that represents Mr. Clooney's rule.

Mr. Clooney's bill was $50.00, what is the smallest tip he would leave? What is the largest tip he would leave?

Must have an inequality...smallest tip...and largest tip.

Thanks for any help!

What expression means ''thirty percent of the billed amount 'b'"?
What expression means "ten percent of the billed amount 'b'"?

30% of $50 = $15.00..... I am so confused on how to set the expression up though
10% of $50 = $5.00......the expressions are whet are confusing me.

I am not being sarcastic: when did you start studying algebra?

How do you compute 30% of a number?

So what is 30% of b?
