word problem need help

hey i missed class and i missed the steps to solving word problems and its killing me, final exam is 2moro please help and show me the steps much appreciated


A jogger is moving one third the speed of a cyclist.
A walker is moving two-thirds the speed of the jogger.
The sum of their speeds is 42 km/hr.
What is the speed of each person

prob only be 5 or 6 of these on the test :S

if possible and your still around could you show me how to come to an answer, and at the point ill figure out how to do what you did on a similar question
