Here's a similar problem. 3 hens lay 3 eggs in 3 days. How many eggs are laid by 6 hens in 9 days? 3 hens lay 6 eggs in 2 days. 3 hens lay 3 eggs in 1 day. 1 hen lays 1 egg in 1 day. 6 hens lay 6 eggs in 1 day. 6 hens lay 54 eggs in 9 days.
