Z score Help

I uploaded the exact question I'm stumped on. But perhaps I should be asking if my formula is correct --
z(65) = (65-90)/38 = -0.6579
z(120) = (120-90)/38 = 0.7895

I have two more questions parallel and I'm not sure I am approaching it correctly.
