Without a calculator, I am suppose to find tan(sin-1(1/7)). In simplest radical form. I dont remember how to do that...

Form a triangle where sin-1 (1/7) = theta

take sin of both sides to get

sin(theta) = 1/7

inverse functions

what you are asked is tan(theta)

what is tan(theta) if sin(theta)=1/7
