I'm trying to find K from the equation in the picture. The numbers on the Y-axis are given from an instrument called TinyPerm, but I whant to know the K or mD. When I'm trying to solve the equation I usually start with the measured number 11, because then I should end up with a number around 110 (logaritmic). I always end up with 190.... This should be really simple, but I can't see what I do wrong.

About 190 (I get 192.0127) is the correct answer.

I have a lot of numbers from the y-axis that i got from the TinyPerm, 10,58, 11,33,9,98 etc. These numbers doesnt say anything. I want to convert these numbers into mD (milliDarcy) which is found on the x-axis.
