Please help me! Wine glass problem

Design a wine glass using volume by rotation. It holds 150 ML when filled 2 cm from the rim
The bowl of the glass needs to be designed by 2 or more curves, meaning
you can't just use quadratic equation because you need one more.

The steam and the base ALSO needs two or more curves.

Use a piecewise function (of y). For example (yes mine is terrible),
