How do I even do this? (integrals based on partially blotched out graph)

If the graph dips below the x-axis it is only for a small interval, and it doesn't go very low. At the very least you should know a)
 
for a, b, and c, do we just assume the integral is positive because the area that is potentially negative is so small when you net it with the positive area given is will still be positive?

You need to be a little more careful with b). c) needs some additional justification, look at the bounds of the integral and, what happens to the integrand?
