A cylindrical water tank of radius 6 meters and height 15 meters is filled with water to a height of 8 meters, how much work is required to pump all of the water out from the top of the water tank? (g= 9.8 m/s^2, density of water = 1000kg/m³ )

Please reply with a clear listing of your thoughts and efforts so far. Thank you! ;)

Couldn't resist: Are you smart enough to use a siphon and have the outlet of the hose below the water tank? But then 'natural forces' also do work so I guess you have to count that too.
