I am an electronics engineering graduate. To be honest i am thinking at some point in the future about doing Masters in digital signal processing. However, i am quite lacking in skills in the applied mathematics part when it comes to dsp. DSP is primarily mathematical modelling utilizing parts of calculus and differential equations. <br><br>After this intro. Here is what i require and need.
I am searching for someone to guide and direct me to learn the real actual meanings behind all the equations used in calculus. i really need to understand every aspect of the science in lay man terms not in the university technical teaching style (its pointless for me just memorizing formuals and applying them in equations not knowing why they were invented or what is the story behind there discovery). i need to understand what do i mean by a limit and what does it mean when i say the a signal is a function of time, what is a function, what is an integration and so on. If you understand what i meant can you please share you recommendations with me. I am really looking for a more hands on approach to comprehend calculus
