I assume that by (C')=(C) you mean that angles \(\displaystyle \angle ACB\cong\angle AC'B'\).
Because \(\displaystyle \overline{BC}\bot\overline{AB}~\&~\overline{B'C'}\bot\overline{AB}\) then we have corresponding angles of parallel lines.
