I need help with this problem

Hi. Do you have any questions regarding the problem you posted?

Oops. Your title says that you need help. Can you tell us what kind of help you need? Thanks.

8.709809816217216675576195494778872295859103742705388... × 10^1397

Is that what you want? What does it mean in this problem to simplify? What section did this problem appear in your textbook? What were you just taught? To be honest, if I was simplifying a problem and reached 2^1998+5^2000 I would have stopped right there.

The question is
Use these clues to find the number
  • The number has six digits .
  • The number has the same number of hundred thousands, thousands , hundreds and ones.
  • The number of ten thousands plus the number of tens equals one tenth of the total of the rest of the digits .???

I presume you didn't intend to put this question in this thread, which is entirely unrelated.

Let's make that a smaller image:

Now please tell us where you need help.

You have to fill in these digits: _ _ _ _ _ _ . Which of them have to be the same?

The rest will be easiest if you can use a little algebra, by "naming" each different value with a letter; but there is more than one answer.

Let's see what you can do (you did read this, right?) and then we can discuss it.
