what standard deviation to use?

It has been a while since using standard deviation and I am wondering whether to use sample or population standard deviation
The problem requires me to calculate the the standard deviation from the 3 co ordinates, which one would be most applicable in this case

In these types cases (small data size), generally sample standard deviation intended to be used.
