Finding Angles In A Circle.

Please Help.. Im struggling to find the angles. I tried re-reading theorems but i cant seem to get the gist of it. I tried to use the same angle 30° in the first from the number one and i dont know if its right but honestly.
.. i just seem to not know what i am doing.

Yes, the key ingredient is to classify that triangle. Since FO and WO are both radii of the circle, what does that tell you?
