4 days on, 4 days off: over a year, how many hours am I working on average per week?

In my work I do a rotation of four 12 hour days working, then I have 4 days off.

My question is, over a year, how many hours am I working on average per week?

4 on 4 off repeats
4+4 = 8
How may 8's are there in 365.2425? (OR, just use 365 if you like)
How many hours worked in 8 days?
How may hours worked in a year?
How many weeks in a year?

Working 12 hour shifts four days in a row must be brutal. I had a friend who worked three days a week at 12 hour days. He needed the entire 4th day to recover. But then he had three days off!
