Adding Decimals??

Okay, so it has been about 4 years since I've had to add decimals and now I have to take a test to get into a certain class for JC. I'm not the math genius but when I took the test a few weeks ago, they had adding decimals. There were adding money (which is easy but I didn't get into the class I wanted) and regular decimal equations.

Could someone help give some examples of decimals and how to solve them?

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "solving" decimals...?
