Hello
I am doing a project looking at sub-regional healthcare costs per head for prisoners in different age bands and sex.
i have the total combined overall prisoner costs for all ages and genders, and i also have the cost per head for the entire population (both prisoners and non prisoners)
there are two issues ive noticed, firstly its that the age bands for prisoner population does not match up with the age bands for national cost per head.
secondly, i would need to standardize the national cost per head, to each of the sub regions.
so using the data provided, is there a way to find out the estimated healthcare cost per prisoner?

Many thanks
