You should show the work you have done so far so we can see where you are having problems. You might try removing the fractions. In the first problem, the lowest common denominator for 6,8 is 24. If you multiply each element by 24, the fractions will be eliminated making things easier to work with. Similarily with the second problem. See if you can take it from there.
