Help me with this problem....

two thirds times Pi times and square of the radius
 
If you mean (2/3)pi*r^2 there must be more to the problem. Do they tell you what r is?
 
The form would be as Gene said, but you have to insert the numbers where they belong.

IE: 2/3 * pi ^ r

might equal

(2/3 * 3.14 ^ 2)...

You wanna go ahead and give the rest of the problem?
