Ali made the 10km round trip to the tackle shop up the river and back in the family boat. She left at 9:00 AM stayed 5 min at the shop, and was back at 10:00 AM. If the rate rate of the currant is 1 km, ehat is the rate of the boat?

rate of the water current is 1km per what? second, minute, hour?
In which direction is it flowing? towards the shop or towards the home?

Is the river running in a loop in both directions? It must. If you have an equation where the current Helps the boat one way, then it must make it harder the other way... since you haven't included info for that balance, than I am assuming that the river is running in a loop, (which is not possible IRL)

Please provide actual question.

It does not say, that why I need help I know the answer is 11 kph.
How can we help with a "it does not say" problem?

Answer of 11 works, but 30 minutes against current (going to shop) and
25 minutes with current has to be assumed; b = boat speed, then:
(1/2)(b - 1) = (5/12)(b + 1)
b = 11

To see if you "generally" understand, try this one:
boat travels from A to B in 7 hours, then back from B to A in 10 hours.
If current's speed is 3 kph, what is the boat's speed?
