What is the size of the angle ABC in Figure 4?

The arc CA is 70 so the angle ABC is half that.
 
If you don't know the theorum that says ABC is half of AOC, call the intersection X. Since AB is not defined B can be anywhere. I'm going to slide it VERY close to A , then OCA equals (180-70)/2 = 55° = OXC = BXA. AB is perpendicular to OA so ABC = 180-90-55 = 35° which agrees with PKA's answer.

If you are having difficulty following through with the help you received, it would be useful if you specified where, exactly, you're having trouble.

For instance, in this case you were told that the measure of the arc you were needing to find was half of 70°. Do you not know how to find one-half of seventy? Or was your difficulty something else?
