ANOVA test on 3 groups

Hi, I have to formulate a math problem for an essay and I know the final answers to the ANOVA test but I'm having trouble with the math in between, the three groups consist of five values each being (.75, .5, .75, .75, .75), (1.25, 1, 1.5, 1.25, 1) and, (1, .75, 1.25, 1, 1). If anyone can solve and show steps that would be greatly appreciated!

Going for a one-way ANOVA test by the way, I have been trying to work it out all day but none of my calculations come up correct
