Apollonius' CCC Problem

Hey everyone does anyone know how to solve Apollonius' Problem where you construct a circle tangent to three arbitrary circles?

Preferably how to construct and explain it in GSP?

Okay thanks I've read through it; can you try to help me understand how to find the inverse point of a circle? I've read up on it a bit but am not able to understand...maybe I could understand your paraphrase? I'm mainly trying to do this on Geometer's Sketchpad, so I don't need like actual measurements and such.

I know absolutely nothing about Geometer's Sketchpad, and I certainly am not able to surpass wolfram. I think you need someone with greater skills than mine. Sorry.

Okay then, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
I'll monitor this thread if anyone knows the inverse of a circle.
