i am trying to find the area under a curve using an intergeral.

this is the equation:

sum of 3(1.1)^n
where n=0 to n=100

can anyone help me

This really doesn't make sense. You say you are "trying to find the area under a curve using an integral." But you give neither a curve nor an integral. If you are simply trying to find that sum then it is, as stapel says, a "geometric sum":

\(\displaystyle \sum_{i=0}^n ar^n= \frac{a(1- r^{n-1}}{1- r}\).
