By studying his past costs, Agamemnon has found that a function modeling the cost of operating his shop is given by: C(x)= x^3-6x^2+15x+19, where x is the number of sandwiches sold daily and C is in dollars. Write the equation that expresses Agamemnon's average cost.

I had thought that C(x)/(x) = average cost and since C(x)/(x) is C'(x) then the equation of average cost for this problem would simply be 3x^2-12x+15. This is wrong, but then how do you find the average cost equation?
