Are you asking "how can I look at these problems and instantly know the answer without doing any work at all"? I can't answer that! I couldn't do that myself!

But since you haven't shown any of your own work it is impossible to know what you can do or what suggestions would help. The first few look like they could be done with the "Fundamental Theorem of Calculus" and the "chain rule". Do you know what those are?

For the first set, use Liebniz's rule.

For the second set

a) expand the "squared" function and integrate term by term

b) The integrand sin(x) is positive between π/4 → 3π/4. Thus |sin(x)| = sin(x)
