I have tried setting the problem up as Step 1: 320e^-3.1(0) Step 2: LN320^-3.1(0) Step 3: -3.1(0) LN320 Step 4: 0* 6(Rounded up from 5.76). I then do the same for t=1 but I get a negative answer. Could you tell me what I am doing wrong? Sorry for the sloppy set up, my enter button doesn't seem to be working.

I assume you meant - you get negative answer for ΔV.

Since Voltage is DECREASING - you should get negative answer for ΔV.
