All I understand is that 20% of people use cannabis. Of this 41 % will have a psychotic episode. I find 41% of 20%, yes it will give me (A) 8%. But, the problem is that tells me the proportion of cannabis users that are experiencing psychosis. The question wants the proportion of psychosis caused by cannabis. So think of it like a pie chart with factors of psychosis. Our aim is to find the proportion of psychosis caused by cannabis. The working out I used to find 8% is not the same things as what the question wants.
