Book Recommendation regarding Probability and Statistics

I am looking for a good book on probability and statistics. The level of the book can be at an undergrad/grad level. It would be important to me to have many many exercises in the book, because I can apply the theory best.

If you have a good suggestion for a book, please let me know. I would be very grateful!

After forty years of teaching probability, I recommend PROBABILITY by Jim Pitman

Hi @pka , I've had a look at the book and I must say that it seems to be quite good! The only thing I miss here is a regression part.

you could try books from Schaum Series. Those generally have many worked-out examples and practice problems with answers. Excellent for brushing up!!!
