Need some help if my answer is correct or not.

1) Suppose a college's administration decides to do the following: Every 10th person who enters to a Peet's Coffee located on campus a Monday morning is selected to participate in a survey. Why this may be biased

This survey maybe biased because it is not a random sample. Those who participate in a survey and may have opinions about Peet's Coffee are different from the opinions of the population in general

You are correct. There is no evidence that Peet's coffee patrons are representative of the student population. For example, non-coffee drinkers are likely to be under-represented.
