Calculate Rows and columns data from marginal sums of a matrix

Basically need help to compute x y and z values if marginal sums are given

The sum of the rows is 4+6+7=17.
The sum of the columns is 2+7+5=14.
They should be the same, so it's not possible.

I suspect that you corrected it in your notes which is good. Unfortunately we can not see your notes so please post an updated version of the entire problem along with your work.
