Hi everyone.

I work in the sports betting industry and I need your help in solving this. I have the probability for the number of corners in a match. "0-2 corners", "3-4 corners"," 5-6 corners" and "7+" corners in a match.

Now i need to convert these into probability for "3 or more corners", "4 or more corners" and "5 or more corners".

Probability for "3 or more corners" is easy to calculate. The same holds for probability of "5 or more corners".

The problem is calculating the probability of "4 or more corners".

Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks.

The best you can do is estimate the probability of exactly 4 corners from the 3-4 interval and add that to the probability of 5 or more.
