I have a dataset rank ordered from 1 to 11 and some exposure against each rank. 1 being best category has less exposure and likewise as we move to 2,3 and 4 the exposure increases. 5 having highest exposure and then it starts reducing. 11 has least exposure and it's the worst category. I run an weighted average formula between these two columns (one with 1,2,3...11 Second with exposure), the outcome is 4.16. I want to know what is this 4.16 value? Is it a point where most of my exposure is concentrated? What should I term 4.16 as?

I think you need to show us what formula you are using; that is, how you use each number. Maybe even show us the entire table, as it isn't clear what these "exposures" are or how they are ordered.
