Can anyone solve these questions?

Yes, people on this forum can solve these problems. The thing is that is not the question. The question is why can't you solve it? What have you tried? Can we see your work? Since this is a math help site and not a homework service site, no one here will do your work for you.
We prefer to give hints and allow you to think about what the next steps should be.

Prove It gave you a nice hint. Can you run with that or do you need extra help.
 
I would think that anyone who had taken an introductory Differential Equations course would be able to solve them! Have you or are you taking one now? Prove It mentioned the "characteristic equation". Do you know what that is? Do you know how to find the "characteristic equation" corresponding to a given linear differential equation with constant coefficients?
