Can please someone illustrate to me what's FLux and what's Rate terminology ? explain them not by math equations but by something more sense able to understand what does they mean! for example what does it mean "evaporation rate?" I'm stuck on this to understand it about four hours (seriously! ) because I'm not understanding at all what all of those two terminology means.

Where did you see these terms? (Flux has more than one meaning.) Please provide context for your questions.

Did you look up these terms in a dictionary? What did you find?

The word "flux" comes from the Latin word "Fluxus" which means "flowing". It can refer to any kind of quantity "flowing" or moving from one place to another. As for "rate" that simply means the speed with which something is moving or changing. If you could give the whole sentences in which you saw these words, we might be able to be more precise.
