What part of the month did you work? You worked 16 hours out of how many hours?

A man-month is usually based on 160 working hours (8 hrs × 20 workdays).

So if you worked 16 hours:

man-months = 16 ÷ 160 = 0.1 man-months

16 hours = 0.10 man-months (about 1/10 of a month).
