Is there some way to solve this entirely with a TI-84 calculator?

What functions do I need to use? What's the correct way to input everything into the calculator? Can you please guide me with the steps?

I have no idea how to solve this specific problem using a calculator. I have seen a few examples of how it can be solved by hand but different people give different answers. I'm not exactly sure which one is correct. I want to understand it better.

If I can learn to solve it with a calculator, it will help me get the job done faster. It will also let me check my work if I do it by hand.
