Cant Figure Out How The Smoothed Graph Is Calculated

Trying to solve how the smoothed value is calculated. (C Grey value from B)
It is not an average as the values extend past.

If more data is needed or advice on how I could solve this on my own would be appreciated

Without the actual data on a spreadsheet to test, I'm guessing it's using exponential smoothing
