Chemistry Math. I need to dilute something and don't remember the formula

I have the following solution: 780gm MCT (medium chain triglycerides) oil, which contains 372mg/ml of clove oil.
I want to dilute the solution to 100mg/ml of clove oil. How much MCT oil do I need to add to achieve this?
