Chi squared question

This is the question. I cant figure out what the expected is? I think the wording recovery is independent of the drug used implies that its random so i thought the expected frequencies for both the new and the traditional drug would be 50/100 . Based on this the answer seems wrong. I am getting 0.196, so i m unsure what the expected needs to be?

If you are getting 0.196, why have you entered 0.22?

i changed it. it said to 2 dp and I typed in 0.20 and it was wrong. i put in 0.22 as some kind of variation :]

I have an idea. i might use an online calculator to check if i am close.

I think i might have to do all 4 cells recovered and not recovered. I m not too sure.
