Composite functions with log

In task where it says gof (16) and where the answer is 32, I guessed that one randomly.
I have no clue how to solve this, so if anyone is kind enough to write the whole process of solving, thank you.

"Zadane su funkcije" in english means "solve the given functions" In the reply I will send my try of solving the task g(16)

I'm not asking to solve both of tasks, just to show the way how to solve one at least so I have an example for practice
