Derivatives and the shapes of graphs

Greetings Mathematicians,

I was wondering if somebody could please look at my work. Here is the question (It is one question with A-D)

A. Find vertical and horizontal asymptotes
B. Find the intervals of increase or decrease
c. Find the local maximum and minimum values
D. Find the intervals of concavity and the inflection points.

I caught an error in my Asymptotes, so don't worry about those. (I flipped the values)
