Hi, i have linked a question and its answer below. Wouldn't the value for dy/dx be -4+4x ? If not, could someone please explain.Thank you for your help.

They have a typo on line 2, putting "=" for "+". Then everything went bad from there.

Proofreading is really important in math!

When I said "You are correct" -"You" was referring to the student.
