Hello,
This is my first post here and hi everyone...

See attached. ABCD is a parallelogram with all 4 sides equal to each other. DF is parallel to AC and BE.

DF = 2 cm
BE = 4 cm

What is the length of AC?

One thing that may help you get started is a more accurate drawing. What is shown does not have the four sides equal (which would make it a rhombus), and the parallel lines are not drawn parallel. But that isn't really necessary for the proof; what may help most is to draw in BD, and think about trapezoid BDFE, or related facts.
