Divergence Theorem for F = 8xyi + 6yzj + xzk

I need to use the divergence theorem to find the flux of F across S if F=8xyi+6yzj+xzk and S is the surface of the region in the first octant bounded by x=0, y=0, z=2, and z=4-x^2-y^2.

I know how to find the divergence, but I am having trouble finding the limits for my triple integral.
