I am working on dividing polynomials. Anyone have experiencein these. the question is (m^2+7/2m+3)/(2m+3). I need help as soon as possible.
first thing you want to do is simplify it a little... sine you're dividing two fractions, just take the second fraction, switch it's numerator and denominator and divide:
m^2+7 1
--------- * ----
2m + 3 2m+3
then once you have your new fraction
m^2 + 7
-----------
4m^2 + 12m + 9
divide it out, making sure to imagine another 1 up there, for the 12m to be divided into...
