Note: Your intent is ambiguous. Is that "x-3" ALL in the denominator? You were careful to use parentheses on the other side, so can it be assumed that you deliberately did not with the "x-3"?

This is a little tricky. You will end up with two solutions: this is how you would do this problem.
4+(5/(x-3)=-3/(x-2)
Simplify the left hand side (4/1)+(5/(x-3) = (4x-7)/(x-3)
Now you have
(4x-7)/(x-3) = -3/(x-2)
Cross multiply:
-3(x-3) = (4x-7)(x-2)
Simplify both sides (FOIL right hand side)
-3x+9 = 4x^2-15x+14
Move everything in the right over to the left:
4x^2-12x+5 = 0
Now solve the trinomial for your two solutions.
