dota 2 statistic question (party ranked games)

hi, this is a dota 2 question, In party ranked games, 5 players from each team can see the team average and highest number. usually +25 (win) or -25 (lose), where the range could be up to +5 (win) or -45 (lose). This range is just my observation because i have never seen +4 or -46, and i noticed that average difference influence the most, then highest in team difference) So the question is, what could be the formula to determine the value of the ranked game rank changes, if i have these statistics:

the change listed here were team A changes.
for example Team A avg 2758, A highest 3724 vs. Team B avg 2810, B highest 3194. Team A won and everyone in Team A gained +28. If team B won this game, the value of the game becomes +22 for team B and -22 for team A.
There are also hidden numbers and variables, so I would appreciate the closest formula to determine the value of the game based on only 2 information, team average and team highest thank you :)
I noticed that the maximum value is +45, not +46, 49 or even +50. so I was thinking that the formula has something to do with 50-5? (the value of 1 game cant be equal to 2 games, which is +50) or something -1 x5, because there are 5 players in each team
