Find the double integral of (integral sign) (integral sign) ydA where D is the region bounded by (x+1)^2, x=y-y^3, x=-1, and y=-1

can you post your attempt so far?

I honestly have no idea. I know that you probably can't use Cartesian coordinates. I just don't know what to use for the limits for the integral (what you integrate to and from) and for the integrand. Any help at all would be appreciated.
