Hello all! Stuck thinking a little about Roulette. What are the odds that a certain dozen won't hit for, say 10 or 11 spins? Would the odds be in a player's favor if they kept betting on that same dozen for those 10-11 times? Thanks!

This is a foolish pursuit.

The roulette wheel does not remember what has gone on in the past. The probability of ANYTHING is the same for EVERY spin.

I can sell you some history tracking software if you like. This, of course, would be 100% in the classification of taking advantage of a fool.

Not a very helpful reply. I am not interested in Roulette. It was merely a question of probability and nothing more...NOT about your personal opinion about gambling.

Anyone else?

For not showing any work towards the solution, that response (#2) is as helpful as you can get from us!

Please show us what you have tried and exactly where you are stuck.

You entirely missed the point. I commented ONLY on the probability. Read more carefully. I said nothing of my views on gambling. Seriously, read that middle sentence a couple more times and try to let go of your first, and unmotivated, impression.

The thing is, a lot of players get caught thinking dozens somehow beat the system, but the math behind roulette doesn’t really change. whether you’re into poker, blackjack, or slots, the house edge is always there in some form. it’s more about how you manage your money and how long you stay in the game. btw if you’re into trying different setups or just want a smoother overall casino vibe, checking out https://belgeenligne.casino/casino/king-casino/ is actually pretty solid since they’ve got a nice mix of games and decent flow for casual betting sessions, which kinda fits this style of play where you’re not going all-in every spin.
yeah dozens are kinda “in the middle” bets. you’re covering 12 numbers so you’ll hit fairly often (around 1 out of 3 spins), and the payout is 2:1
